Contract No. 1 – General Construction: Providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the site grading, Type 2 gravel pad, chain link fence and gate, pre-cast concrete drafting pit and associated piping, steel pipe bollards, erosion and sediment control, reinforced concrete foundations and aprons for installation of the new pre-engineered fire training tower. The work shall also include erection of the Fire Facilities, Inc., new pre-engineered fire training tower WESCO Model WH-2 (all tower material and erection drawings will be purchased, provided and delivered to the project site by the Owner).
