The bid opening address is 3599 Big Ridge Road, Spencerport. This campus is undergoing renovations; as such, the traffic flow, parking, and main entrance on the bid opening date will be on the east side of the building. Signs will be in the parking lot to direct visitors to the main entrance. (The building’s front entrance will be closed and inaccessible).

Because of your likely unfamiliarity with the temporary traffic flow, parking and main entrance, we send this notice as a courtesy and strongly encourage bidders who plan to hand deliver their bids to allow additional time and to arrive early. As per New York State General Municipal Law and our bid specifications, no bids will be accepted after 2:00 PM on bid opening day. Kindly advise anyone from your company who plans to either hand deliver a bid or attend the opening of the information contained in this notice. As always, bids can also be delivered in advance of the bid opening date.
