Description

Monroe Community College (MCC) seeks qualified Vendor(s) to resolve ongoing issues with the sanitary lines in the student kitchen area of Building 3 at the MCC Brighton Campus located at 1000 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14623. There are roughly 330 linear feet of clogged piping that needs to be lined. The work also requires excavating a small section of flooring in the hallway of Building 3 to repair a broken fitting that significantly limits the flow downstream of the grease traps. These two grease traps all need to be replayed.

Event Note

A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held at MCC Brighton Campus, Building 3, on July 3 at 10:00 AM prevailing time. Attendance is strongly recommended. MCC shall not be liable for, nor shall it review proposed change orders, contract amendments, etc. for inadequate pricing, labor, materials, time or similar issues in Vendor/Consultant's contract with MCC resulting from Vendor/Consultant's failure to attend and obtain information provided at the pre-proposal conference, site visit and/or any addenda issued afterward. A parking pass and map will be attached in an addendum to this bid.
