RFP 22-01 - Classification and Compensation Study Consultant

Monroe Community College (“MCC” or “College”) is accepting proposals to conduct a comprehensive College-wide classification and compensation study that will include all employees except temporary and student workers.  The purpose of this study is twofold: (1) to analyze changes in College operations and staffing over the past decade that may have impacted the type, scope, and level of work being performed and (2) to establish an equitable and sustainable framework for reviewing and classifying job functions and employee compensation within the scope of applicable College policy and/or collective bargaining agreements.

Firms responding to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) should be able to demonstrate significant expertise in evaluating and benchmarking present classification and compensation structures as compared to job market data for comparable positions at peer higher education institutions (public or private) within the same geographic area.
