Monroe Community College (MCC) is requesting sealed proposals (bids) for a grant-funded project. The focus of this project is to replace outdated and/or nonfunctioning equipment in the kitchen that services the student run on campus restaurant.

Vendors are advised that delivery and installation of all equipment in this bid specification, must take place the week of May 17, 2021 due to grant restrictions.

Vendors wishing to view the site where the equipment in this bid will be delivered and installed are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on Monday, March 15, 2021 at 9:00 AM. This will be the only opportunity to view the site due to conflicts with student classes and labs. Vendors wishing to attend need to arrive by 9:00 AM on March 15, 2021 at the main entrance lower lobby of Building 1 (Peter A. Spina Administration Building) of Monroe Community College, 1000 East Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14623. Vendors must park at a visitor area and/or visitor parking meter while on the campus. Please contact Parking Services at 292-2700 for specific information. Vendors will be required to complete a COVID questionnaire and must wear a face mask upon entering the building.
