Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered, but must be received no later than 10:00 AM February 19th, 2021. Each Vendor is responsible for the timely delivery of its Proposal. Reliance upon mail or other carriers is at the Vendors own risk. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered.
All vendors must provide three (3) copies of their proposal and one electronic copy.
