RFP-PB-10-03 - Lease of Modular Classrooms

Summary of Specifications:
Enrollment at the College’s main campus, located at 1000 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, New York, 14623 far exceeds the designed capacities of many of our facilities. One of the College’s primary classroom buildings will be undergoing significant renovations over the course of the next several years. This will only serve to make the lack of available classroom space more of an issue. The College is soliciting proposals from firms experienced in the design, construction and installation of modular buildings The successful vendor awarded any contract resulting from this RFP must be able to deliver, completely install and ensure the complex is ready for occupancy by August 15, 2010.
