Summary of Specifications:
Monroe Community College (MCC) is requesting sealed proposals (bids) to supply natural gas to the College’s facility located at 321 State Street, Rochester, NY 14608. This Invitation for Bids describes a contract for the direct purchase of natural gas from natural gas producers or natural gas supply companies. The direct purchase of natural gas is in conformance with natural gas deregulation action of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the New York State Legislature and the New York State Public Service Commission. This bid for the supply of natural gas was developed to allow any qualified bidder to be considered.
