Monroe Community College (MCC), the “Owner” is vacating its existing Damon City Campus (DCC)
location, which is located in downtown Rochester. MCC is seeking proposals from interested parties, in
the purchase and removal of furniture from their premises located at 228 E Main St, Rochester, NY 14604 where they presently occupy approximately 200,000sf of space on the 4th and 5th floors of the Sibley Building. All purchased items will need to be removed from the DCC no later than June 2, 2017.

The Owner has hired Vargas Associates to serve as their “Relocation Manager” for purposes of this
RFP.
