The purpose of this RFP is to hire a Financial Advisor who will serve as the School District’s financial consultant on debt financing projects and can assist the district in the financial and state aid aspects of capital project planning and state aid implications. The firm should be able to provide independent financial advice and serve solely the interests of the School District. The firm should also have the ability to prepare financial impact reports of proposed capital projects on local taxpayers and stakeholders.
