Each Proposal response shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and must be mailed or delivered so as to be received prior to the time set in the advertisement for the deadline. If the Proposal is a physical submission, the sealed envelope shall have the information noting the service and date and time of deadline. This information must be affixed to the outermost packaging to be easily identified by Purchasing personnel as a sealed Proposal.
Niagara County will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any questions regarding this proposal that may change the specifications in this proposal must be received in writing according to the RFP Schedule and Timeline.
