Bids shall be received at the Business Office located at 1239 Van Antwerp Road, Niskayuna, NY 12309 until 2:00 P.M. on the 22nd of April 2021 at which time and place all bids shall be publicly opened. Bids received after the aforementioned date and time shall be returned unopened. Each bid is to be submitted in a sealed envelope that includes the name of the bidder, the date and time of the bid opening and the materials for which the bid is being submitted.
