NCSD 25-005 - NCSD 25-005- Boiler Maintenance and Repairs

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the Niskayuna Central School District to establish a contract with a vendor for the maintenance and repairs of district boiler units. The intent of this RFP is to be awarded to a single proposer who best demonstrates the ability to meet the District’s needs for quality and value, with pricing for the items requested as a major factor in this evaluation. Proposers shall make all investigations necessary to thoroughly inform themselves about the District. No plea of ignorance by the proposer of conditions that exist or that may hereafter exist as a result of failure or omission on the part of the proposer to make the necessary examinations and investigations, or failure to fulfill in every detail the requirements of the RFP, will be accepted as a basis for varying the requirements of the District or the compensation to the vendor.
