This request for quotations is for periodicals and serials for all district schools for a term of one (1) year from placement date. Mailing is to be done to the Media Center in each of the eight (8) school buildings. A list of addresses follows these conditions:

Attached are the request sheets of the school buildings, coded to indicate whether each is a NEW or RENEWAL subscription.

The successful bidder will be supplied with a list of periodicals sorted by location. Addresses must match the previous year.
