NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Talent Agents/Agencies for the booking and managing of a live performance at the 2024 Belmont Stakes at Belmont Park or Saratoga Race Course (as determined by NYRA), and to organize, book and manage a celebrity meet and greet series at Saratoga Race Course. The term of the agreement entered into as a result of this RFP shall be for one (1) year, with two (2) one-year optional renewals at NYRA’s sole discretion. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, S. Ozone Park, NY 11420, not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Monday, December 4th, 2023. In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
