RFP 2022-0031 - AP Automation System

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is seeking an Enterprise Solution that will provide AP Automation for Purchase Order (PO) and non-PO invoices, as well as document storage. NYRA seeks to streamline its invoice management processes and simplify how invoices will be paid within the organization while embracing its compliance structure and future initiatives within our Accounting and Purchasing Policies. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this Request for Proposal will be for three (3) years with NYRA having the option to renew for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year.  

Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 P.M., prevailing time, on May 26, 2022. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra

In addition, vendors/contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above-referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
