NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) soliciting bidders to provide pricing to furnish and install Asphalt as specified in various areas throughout Saratoga Race Course, located at 267 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY, 12866. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Friday, April 14th, 2023. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra. Bids will be accepted electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group).
