The New York Racing Association, Inc. ("NYRA") is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the provision of portable rental restroom trailers at Saratoga Race Course located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be for one (1) year with the option for NYRA to extend for one (1) additional one (1) year term, at its sole discretion. If NYRA elects to extend for an additional year, dates of drop off and pick up will be confirmed with the Vendor.
To ensure an expeditious award, please submit your pricing exactly as requested on the attached pricing worksheet.
Proposals will be received by the Sr. Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on March 18, 2025.
