NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) issoliciting pricing (“Bid” or “Proposal”) from interested parties (“Bidder or Bidders”) for the provision of quotations from firms qualified and experienced in implementing and providing a fully managed wireless network to accomplish the following: Wi-Fi coverage at Belmont Park Barn Area. Currently, the barn area consists of approx. 72 locations which will be utilized for installing switches and outdoor access points as shown in Belmont Barn Fiber Riser layout attached to this document. All 72 locations will be equipped with single mode fiber and outdoor network cabinets for network switches. Any Installations must be completed by October 31, 2024. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 5:00 p.m., prevailing time, on February 13,2024.
