NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting biddersto provide the design, fabrication, and delivery of precast concrete tunnel sections and retaining wall system to Belmont Park, located in Elmont, NY.The precast sections and retaining wall units will be used in the construction of a tunnel approximately 410’ linear feet. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be from execution of a final agreement until successful delivery and acceptance of the goods by NYRA. The materials needed for the foundation must be delivered on or before August 7, 2023. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 5:00 p.m., prevailing time, on April 27,2023.
