The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting pricing from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of copper wire feeders for the infield at Belmont Park Racetrack located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, NY 11003. The Delivery shall be between March 1st and March 15th, 2025, unless otherwise advised by NYRA. Pricing is to be held through December 31, 2025. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be for one (1) year from the date of execution
To ensure an expeditious award, please submit your pricing exactly as requested on the attached pricing worksheet.
Proposals will be received by the Sr. Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on January 24, 2025.
