NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to furnish an engine-driven generator set that has been prototype tested, factory built, production-tested, and site-tested together with all accessories necessary for a complete installation as shown on the plans and drawings. The generator and all related equipment will be delivered to Belmont Park, located in Elmont NY. Contract term shall be from date of bidder’s fully executed agreement and expire on 12/31/2023 or successful completion of the scope of work as to NYRA’s satisfaction. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 5:00 p.m., prevailing time, on February 10,2023.
