NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to provide services for the submission of a water well permit application as well as services to design, engineer, & install the well in the infield at Belmont Park, located in Elmont, NY. Term shall be from date of bidder’s fully executed agreement and completed once all the services that are outlined in Exhibit A-Scope of Work are satisfied by NYRA. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on August 30,2022.
