NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to purchase and deliver Commercial LED Lights (Pot Series Vapor Proof Fixtures) for use at Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY 11003, and Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, S. Ozone Park, NY 11420, not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra. Bids will be accepted electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
