NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting pricing (“Bid” or “Proposal” from interested parties (“Bidder or Bidders”) for the provision of for the purchase of approximately (50)AR400 Steel Plates to be delivered, as needed, to Belmont Park Racetrack, 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003. The term of the resulting agreement will be from the date of the bidder’s fully executed agreement and expire upon 12/31/2025. In order to ensure an expeditious award, please submit your pricing exactly as requested on the attached pricing worksheet.
NYRA reserves the right to alter quantity in its sole discretion.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on December 9th.
