The New York Racing Association, Inc. ("NYRA") requests proposals for the provision of Labor and Material for the full-service maintenance of the elevators and escalators located at Aqueduct Racetrack. Any agreement(s) that arises as a result of this RFQ will be for One (1) year starting January 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025, and then become a month-to-month agreement for 2026 with NYRA having the option of continuing on a month-to-month basis until terminated by NYRA.
To ensure an expeditious award, please submit your pricing exactly as requested on the attached pricing worksheet.
Proposals will be received by the Sr. Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on December 12, 2024.
