NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. ("NYRA") is soliciting bidders to provide, deliver, install, and activate a large and modern Ferris Wheel on site at Saratoga Race Course, located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, as part of the July 4th Racing Weekend. Ferris Wheel is to be installed and active by July 2, 2025. The term of any agreement entered as a result of this RFP will be until successful completion of the scope of work to NYRA’s satisfaction.
Proposals will be received by the Sr. Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on March 17, 2025.
