The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting quotations for the purchase of flowers to be delivered to Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY 11003 and Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The resulting contract will be for a term of one (1) year.
