NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bids to provide pricing for GPS-enabled rental equipment and operators on an as-needed basis at Belmont Park, located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, NY 11003 and/or Aqueduct Racetrack, located at 110-00 Rockaway Boulevard in Jamaica, NY 11417. The resulting agreement will expire on December 31, 2024.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on November 16, 2023. Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group).
