NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to furnish and deliver for rental approximately seventy (70) electric golf carts for use at Saratoga Race Course, located at 267 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Any resulting contract from this RFQ shall expire one year from the date of execution with one optional 1-year renewal (NYRA’s option).
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on April 18, 2024 EST.
