NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to provide human resources talent management services. The Talent Management Solution should assist NYRA in completing a job architecture, completing job mapping and competency or skill modeling, map all jobs to current employees, and restructure the compensation policy for approximately 350 employees. The term of any contract entered into as a result of this RFP shall expire upon the successful completion and acceptance of the scope of work, which shall be no later than October 31, 2025. Qualified bidders must have the ability to complete this project by October 31, 2025.
Proposals will be received by the Sr. Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 5:00 p.m., prevailing time, on August 19, 2024.
