The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to obtain competitive pricing for HVAC parts and material on an as needed basis to be delivered to NYRA’s three facilities, Aqueduct Racetrack located at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, Belmont Park Racetrack located at 2150 Hempstead Tpke, Elmont, NY 11003, and Saratoga Race Course located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 The term of the initial Agreement shall be from the date of its execution and shall continue for one (1) year Any resulting agreement(s) shall expire on 12/31/2029. The term may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
