NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is requesting proposals in the matter of soliciting proposals for the procurement of bids from qualified vendors to migrate and manage web-based STABLES eco system currently hosted in NYRA’s data center to NYRA owned Azure cloud instance.Listed below are all the services winning vendor should provide. The migration and setup of the entire suite should be completed by April 15 2025, with the solution fully operational. The initial term of the agreement will be for three (3) years from the date of contract execution, with NYRA’s option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms based on satisfactory performance.
To ensure an expeditious award, please submit your pricing exactly as requested on the attached pricing worksheet.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on November 13th.
