NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a CRM provider to provide their customer data platform and AI-driven marketing automation solution for NYRA Bets.We require the CRM provider to provide their platform, assist with integration into our existing systems, and offer necessary training and support. The implementation and setup of the CRM platform should be completed by January 31, 2025, with the solution fully operational. The initial term of the agreement will be for three (3) years from the date of contract execution, with NYRA’s option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
To ensure an expeditious award, please submit your pricing exactly as requested on the attached pricing worksheet.
