NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting pricing for the purchase and planting of Trees at Saratoga Race Course; 267 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So.
