NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders for the purchase of new food and beverage smallwares for the 2022 Racing Season at Belmont Park Racetrack located in Elmont, NY and Saratoga Race Course (“Saratoga”) located in Saratoga Springs, NY. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE DELIVERED ON OR BEFORE JUNE 2, 2022. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on May 13, 2022. Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
