Notice to Bidders:
The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is requesting quotations for the rental and cleaning of uniforms for various departments on a needed basis for Aqueduct Race Track, 110-00 Rockaway Boulevard, Ozone Park, NY and Belmont Park Racetrack, 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY.
The Term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ shall be until December 31, 2025, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for one (1) additional term of two (2) years (the "Term"). Quotations will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on December 05, 2022.

Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, vendors/contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above-referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
