The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is requesting proposals from Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Software Solution companies to provide a best-in-class due diligence, transaction monitoring, automated filing and case management tool or tools and services to support NYRA’s AML Compliance Program. The Term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFP shall be for three (3) years, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year. Bidders may bid on one or more components of the AML Software Solution, and NYRA reserves the right to select more than one Bidder for the project.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, no later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on November 17, 2023.
