The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to provide various plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, repair, and installation services at Saratoga Race Course located at 267 Union Ave Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
The winning bidder will enter a non-exclusive service contract from the date that the agreement is fully executed through December 31, 2026, NYRA having the sole option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
