NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is requesting requesting pricing for the purchase and installation of approximately 12,000 linear feet of RY6 Aluminum racetrack rail for use at Belmont Park in Elmont, NY 11003.Term shall be from date of bidder’s fully executed agreement and completed once all the services that are outlined in Exhibit A-Scope of Work are satisfied by NYRA. Date services must be provided by: 01/30/2025.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on the 18th of November 2024.
