NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is solicitingsoliciting bids for the rental and transportation of Small Equipment/Aerial Lifts and Heavy Construction/Earth Moving equipment at Belmont Park and Aqueduct Racetrack on an as needed basis starting on 1/01/2023   for a term of one (1) year plus two (2) optional terms of one (1) year. Term shall be from date of bidder’s fully executed agreement  Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on November 4,2022. Bids will be accepted  electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
