NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bids for the rental and  transportation of Small Equipment/Aerial Lifts and Heavy Construction/Earth Moving equipment at Saratoga Race Course on an as needed basis starting on 1/01/2023  for a term of one (1) year plus two (2) optional terms of one (1) year. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on September 30,2022. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra
Bids will be accepted  electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
