NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide solar-powered security cameras and 24/7 monitoring services. The cameras will be used to provide perimeter detection and deterrence for the construction site and surrounding areas at Belmont Park, located in Elmont, New York. Bidders should be able to provide the cameras and services from September 2024 through September 30, 2027. The term of any contract entered as a result of this RFQ will be for two (2) years with NYRA having the option of renewing for one (1) additional one (1) year term.
Proposals will be received by the Sr. Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on August 8, 2024.
