NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to provide General Contracting Services to furnish and install all required materials and labor necessary to construct a one-story pavilion structure near the final turn of Saratoga Race Course, located in Saratoga Springs NY. This project must be substantially completed by May 5th, 2024. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, S. Ozone, NY 11420, not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Monday. November 6th, 2023. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra. Bids will be accepted electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
