NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is requesting proposals from Communication / Public Relation Firms with expertise in message development, strategic communications and grassroots coalition management designed to educate New Yorkers about the importance of horse racing to the New York economy, as well as generate excitement and support for NYRA and its racing product.
The Term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFP shall be for one (1) years from execution of contract, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year (the "Term").
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on June 30, 2022.
