NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc., (NYRA) is seeking proposals for the delivery and installation of temporary seating for use during the 2024 running of the Belmont Stakes at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be until December 31, 2024, with NYRA having the sole option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on [insert date].
