The New York Racing Association, Inc (NYRA) is soliciting for contractual pricing purchase of tires, road service, and emergency call services for our fleet of vehicles, which includes but is not limited to tractors, heavy equipment, passenger vehicles, UTVs, and on-road tractor trailers. The pricing and delivery will be for each of NYRA's three facilities including Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens, NY, Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY and Saratoga Racecourse in Saratoga Springs, NY. The awarded bidder(s) of this Request for Quotation will be expected to supply these goods under a blanket purchase order. Any resulting agreement(s) shall expire on 03/31/2026. NYRA reserves the right to award this to more than one bidder.
