NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) issoliciting bids for the rental of a Clear Span Structured Tent/Single-Story as specified in this RFQ to be furnished and installed at a designated location at Belmont Park Racetrack located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, S. Ozone, NY 11420, not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, March 15th, 2023. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra.
Bids will be accepted electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group).
