NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is seeking quotations from qualified Bidders to furnish pricing for trucking/hauling of stone products from Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Springs, NY to Belmont Park Racetrack, Elmont, NY or Aqueduct Racetrack, S. Ozone Park, NY; and return load trucking product from Belmont Park Racetrack or Aqueduct Racetrack to Saratoga Springs. The contract term shall expire December 2024; to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for one (1) additional term. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, S. Ozone Park, NY 11420 not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on December 4th, 2023. In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
