RFQ 2022-0013 - Trucking - Stone

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to provide pricing for trucking/hauling of approximately 10,000 tons/year of stone product from Saratoga Springs, NY to Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY 11003 and trucking product from Belmont Park Racetrack to Saratoga Springs, NY as a return trip.  

Proposals will be received by the Procurement Supervisor at 11000 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11420, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Date Insert.

Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
